Abstract


With the continuous development of the campus network , the network size is increasing , the number of users is increasing , the type of network equipment and sustained increase in the number of users increasingly high demand for network quality and user-friendly network management has become increasingly difficult . The university network is growing with the scale , network equipment manufacturers and models are often very difficult to unify the unified management of user access to the entire network , which has brought a number of challenges . Out of the need for effective management of network access , we urgently need to find a line with universities demand characteristics of the access control management style . The new access control management style and user service model has become the subject of the campus network must be studied . Used multi-element binding , DHCP server, MAC address authentication , Web authentication , PPPOE, IEEE802.1x user access control management technology advantages and disadvantages compared to the actual situation of our network , based DHCP server, DHCP SNOOPING, DAI and IPSG technology combined perfect and complement system deficiencies , and other related technologies , design and realize a unified set of campus network user access control management system , from the maximum extent possible to simplify the management , convenient to the user . System improvements for the DHCP server has not changed its standard communication mechanisms and data packet format , and therefore is completely transparent to the end user ; domestic , outside most of the major manufacturers of switching equipment already supports DHCP snooping, DAI , and IP Source Guard or similar functionality , the system with the current and future most of the mainstream manufacturers switch products used in conjunction with , avoid limited by its use of the the private vendors access control system equipment .
