Abstract


, Approval workflow management system as a practical enterprise office automation technology, which not only improves the efficiency of the office, but also for businesses to save a lot of human, financial and material resources. In this paper, through research and analysis on the basis of the reference model of the Workflow Management Coalition (Workflow Management Coalition, WfMC) workflow and workflow engine, proceed from the practical applications and internal business process requirements, design and realization of a J2EE-based architecture approval system. Approval of the development of the subject system uses Power Designer as a tool for analysis and design, Myeclipse as development tools, oracle10 as the back-end database. The system uses the object-oriented design methods, the J2EE design framework and JBPM framework, the system is divided into the presentation layer, business logic, database access layer, call through the interface between the different layers. The design of this project approval system based on the context of an overall budget of the enterprise system, the aim is to achieve the enterprise business approval process, including the management of project approval, the approval of contracts management and payment approval management. According to the system of scientific thinking and research methods, the system design process, consider the relationship of coordination between the examination and approval system and budget system, that is, between the two systems through JSON-RPC (remote procedure call) technology, through the interface to realize the connection between the system and the data of the interaction between the system and JDBC technology. This thesis and approval workflow model based on Petri nets model, and by the introduction of the validation method to verify the practicality of the model to cover sexual tree. Approval workflow engine design process, the system uses a lightweight framework based approval workflow engine design thinking and logic with embedded conditions in relation to engine problems encountered in the process of running asynchronous aggregation algorithm, including the nodes matching search algorithm, structure matrix analysis algorithm and the introduction of the Token algorithm. In addition, the system is the realization of the process definition file paper design are two ways to write XML definition file for process design methods and the use of the design flow. The system design and development work has been completed, through user testing, system stability, and reliability of the data are good. The system as a subsystem of the overall budget system has been successfully applied to an enterprise, the ideal use.
