In recent decades , the external business environment increasingly volatile internal facing process reengineering , strategic alliances , outsourcing , mergers and acquisitions , flat organizational structure and other organizational changes , the enterprise is increasingly difficult to guarantee lifetime employment for employees , these changes increase the employees may lose the important features of the work or the work of insecurity. In the overall analysis of employability , job insecurity , employability through job insecurity on job performance a positive impact on the process on the basis of the work performance of the three connotation , empirical manner described . Course of the study , the data collected for the reliability and validity analysis , analysis of variance, descriptive statistical analysis , structural equation modeling analysis of the employment , the overall model of the relations between job insecurity and job performance and dimension between the sub-models to demonstrate the following conclusions : 1 employability of job insecurity has a negative impact on that divert role ; 2 , employability through job insecurity on job performance significantly indirect impact ; 3 , employability generate significant positive impact on job performance . Finally, the article also discussed how to strengthen the upgrade can be the employment dynamic management and work insecurity effective guide to promote employee job performance . This article not only build the overall model of the overall performance of the three relations between the internal dimensions of sub-model study elucidated the profound impact of the internal mechanism of the overall relationship . Employability dynamic management and job insecurity effectively clear discussion of important practical significance .
