Abstract


With the growing university scales, and its enrollment is also increasing at the same time, teaching conform to the trend of colleges and universities, have implemented a credit system, such as elective system, which makes the sharp increase in the amount of information the students will no doubt add large amount of work the student information management. The traditional student information management has been unable to meet the current student information management requirements. Students how to effectively manage information resources, to establish a school for their own information management system, in particular student status information management system, is already building the university information needed to solve the problem.University enrollment management is a major task of the student information management, is currently used by some colleges school management system is based on two-tier architecture design and development. With the rapid development of Internet, the traditional two-tier architecture is facing severe challenges; the most prominent problem is the development of heavy burden, maintenance difficulties. To meet this requirement this article developed a school management system, the traditional two-tier architecture to solve problems.Firstly, the present paper analyses the situations of Liaoning Technology University’management work of student academic achivement both domestically and abroad, pointing out the necessity and significance of setting up a system of student academic achivement management in universities and colleges. The paper takes the practical situations of management of student academic achivement in Liaoning Technology University as its research object, and conducts a careful and systemetic requirement analysis. Based on the requirements of system design, corresponding development tools are chosen and analysed .Secondly, according to the practical requirements of Liaoning Technology University for the system of students’academic achievement, the paper carried out systemic frame analysis, role analysis, work flow analysis and that of database, giving rise to the the logical structure of students’academic achievement, general design framework and database structure. At the same time, the paper makes a detailed and comprehensive design of modules on administrator module、teacher management、student management.Then, the architecture of the system and following modules of account management, student information management, academic achievement management, and student record management are realized through J2EE platform. Students in basic information management, academic input, query, modify, student registration and management functionality displayed.At last, some modules for the system was trialed and a conclusion was reached.
