Abstract


In the modern market economical environment, especially after China’s accession to the WTO,the medium and small-sized enterprises in China have developed rapidly. These medium and small-sized enterprises have some universal feature,such as capital is not abundant, management is not perfect, information-based foundation is poor, facing unusually fierce market competition. With the coming of the information age,the medium and small-sized enterprises have to join the ranks of the informationization construction to add their own competitiveness and keep constantly development.Recently,our country attaches great importance to the development of the medium and small enterprises.《2006 - 2020 national normalization development strategy》indicates that it should formulate and promulgate small and medium-sized enterprise informationization development guidelines,sorted guidance,preferential support,construction of small and medium-sized enterprises oriented public information service platform to promote the small and medium-sized enterprises to develop flexible e-commerce activities. In this context,we combine the medium and small enterprises in Sichuan analyzing condition of design and realize the B/S structure of Sichuan province technology innovation information service platform.This article’s design and development based on Sichuan technology innovation information services platform. The design and development of information services platform which is based on SSH2 was described in detail. This paper described the development process of the system,and use the MYSQL which is a open source database as the way of data storage. The design and development of business logic layer using the SSH2 framework. The presentation layer uses the optimum combination of DIV + CSS + JS. According to the software engineering standards development mode,and coursing the requirement analysis,overall design, detailed design, coding and test, then the platform’s design and development were achieved ultimately.The main jobs of this paper as follows: 1. After analyzing basic functions of the information service platform for small and medium enterprises and combining the actual research situation of the city,this paper had designed the model for small and medium enterprises and service platform and information service platform framework.2. With the actual situation in the region,this paper had analyzed functions of service platform for small and medium enterprises from the platform requirements to functional requirements detailedly.information service platform will be divided into 5 sub-platform.3. From the database design, platform business logic and the presentation layer,this paper had design to five platform service platform in small and medium enterprises,and used many kinds of realization of the system safety measures for safety and security and provide the expansion after the interface.4.This paper had overall test and functional test on the small and medium enterprises service platform and each child platformes,test results prove that this system meet the practical requirements of operation.
