Abstract


Guizhou Province is one of the provinces in the southwest , and rich tourism resources . Civil air is responsible for the airspace of Guizhou Province , Guizhou ATC Branch , traffic safety , bear a large number of air traffic control services and support tasks , with the increase in the amount of flights , the day-to-day administration of the substantial increase in workload . The traditional way of manual and paper-based office has been unable to meet the current needs of the development . Guizhou empty tube Branch plans to improve the efficiency of day - to - day administrative work , research and development of a suitable Guizhou Branch Office of the air traffic control business , a collaborative office automation system in line with the actual needs of the unit . This thesis is aimed at the task , and to carry out research and development work , mainly to complete the following : 1 . Introduced the background , significance and research contents of the Civil Aviation of Guizhou empty tube Branch e-government issues , comparative analysis of the current status of e-government at home and abroad , IBM Lotus Domino development platform. Specific analysis of the business requirements of the Civil Aviation of Guizhou empty tube Branch e-government system , including five areas: document management , information services , personal office , integrated management , system management . Designed e-government system architecture based the Domino groupware system platform to achieve internal and external network web application functionality ; design Workflow Designer workflow modeling , logically divided into user access layer , business logic layer and the system backend business layer , and the the intranet business office and internal management system workflow collaboration capabilities ; design process visualization and graphical , issued a document management module of the document management system , document management system receipt management module , personal office , system management , and other functional modules. Has initially set up to complete the Civil Aviation Guizhou ATC branch of the e-government system , the establishment of a dynamic and convenient information platform for integrated office , internal office and process automation , information facilitation , and network management goals .
