Abstract


In recent years, the community construction plays an increasingly important role in national economic construction and social development and has become the focus of every aspect recently. Social economic form of inner development, asks community to play the role of intermediary and become supporting point, all sorts of organizational system relation in the entire social structure has changed, all of these show the status of community. Meanwhile, the community construction to promote social stability also plays an active role. Community can provide a large number of employment information, the stable occupation intermediary service, the necessary vocational training, these to the unemployment, laid-off workers of the settlement and reemployment plays an important role.The rapid development of Internet technology, B/S technology maturity and all kinds of information system and establish, these provide people’s life the convenience. In such a case, the futian government of shenzhen decided to establish a community information management platform.The community service information system of Futian will set the community service center of management as the core, the rent call center outsourcing reclined at table, and adopts marketization ways to use professional outsourcing call center inbound/outbound establishing community service hotline, construction of community service management system in futian district, set up community service web site and provide service for the community residents.This thesis is based on the development of futian community service management platform, introduces the whole system demand analysis and general design and detailed asher. The system which based on J2EE development models uses Java development,uses sqlserver database language and sets up community information management platform. Test results show that the system can satisfy community information management, release, and other functions.
