For the above, this dissertation research and design, combined with the Google Gadgets for Linux engine (referred to as the the GGL engine) to transplantation and modify the engine, the MFC application development technology, JavaScript and XML technology developed with Widget IDE GUI designer and simulator tools, users can easily through a GUI design tool constructed in line with their own wishes Widget interface appearance and can easily interface for maintenance. Developers use GUI design tool as long as the control panel by dragging the way you can complete the design of the interface, to do WYSIWYG development. I mainly involved in the research are as follows: 1. Detailed study the MFC developers design applications of the technology, JavaScript language scripts design Widget object and event-driven applications, XML object attribute values ??of the design elements. Detailed research the GGL engine architecture principle, file read analysis engine module, XML parsing module, JS parsing module, graphics library module analysis Dom file data structure at the same time. 3. Realization of the project manager of engineering Widget properties and engineering document management and can start the corresponding source file editor. 4. Widget GUI file editor provides editing services for the project source files, you can view, visual design, source code editing. GUI Designer provides start the Debug menu, Control Widget debugger, debug testing on the current development of Widget. 6.
