With the increasingly rich communication services, mobile operators more and more equipment, more and more complicated to operate, operators and service providers need to provide more and more services to customers abstract. These services from a variety of providers, and run on different hardware and environment. Thus, the network contains a large number of network elements, and includes the application of the subscriber and service data. These network elements and applications usually have any interface and data model, operators need a unified interface and a single system to streamline operations. Analyzed herein, Company A distributed communication platform equipment management system to meet such a need, which provides a single fixed interface, and it is all the network technologies to provide a generic solution to ensure that the support the new service can be completed in a shorter time. This paper first introduces the principle of distributed systems, and object management architecture and the Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA); then discusses the three-tier architecture of distributed communications platform device management system (including from the point of view of resource management points in three layers: the processing layer and resource layer and load balancing layer, and three points from the system's internal structure: a distributed service platform, business logic service component layer and business logic layer), and a detailed description of CAI ( Customer Administration Interface) and CAI3G (Customer Administration Interface 3G) the interface by CAI3G start the analysis of the design and implementation of related technical services network CAI3G Web Service data model, as well as the service engine data model and service engines; followed in descending order focus first discusses the design and implementation of of CORBA distributed services platform, and discusses the distributed system framework FDS (Framework for Flexible Distributed Components) principle and implementation; followed the CAI3G Service Engine (ServiceEngine ) were analyzed, and discusses the specific implementation of the CAI3G services engine from the frame, and then analysis of the realization of its startup, the message request process, as well as the function of the implementation, and finally analysis of the realization of the system databases, and it provides the external interface. Analysis distributed device management system is based on CORBA high scalability, high reliability, high stability of the system, in addition to support for fault-tolerant processing also supports load balancing, which implements a unified approach (referring to the same interface CAI / CAI3G) to operate the user data, regardless of whether these data are to belong to the service network, the network element in the core network, or those belonging to the network elements of the other side application or middleware. It provides a single access point to all NEs in the whole network, hiding the implementation of the network, so that the integration has been the presence of commercial system more simple. CORBA-based distributed services platform provides component-level redundancy and load distribution, software packaging and general management interface. Service engine system CAI3G Web Service-based applications, the use of the CAI3G agreement, as well as involving SNF knowledge. Distributed Device Management system components is managed by an application server - FDS server, thereby improving system flexibility and scalability. This work significance lies in the analysis of distributed device management system is set to improve telecommunications services network equipment operability of the system, it provides a common interface for network elements and procedures, and be able to manage a variety of carriers equipment, optimize the network and the flexible architecture of the system offers the possibility of an increase in the support of new network equipment and solutions, and the analysis of the system compared to provide a basis for further research.
