But in the investigation of English electronic teaching plan and their development tools the author found that the existing English electronic teaching plan, for example, Microsoft’s Poweroint, because of its development tools is not specifically targeted at English electronic teaching plan design, so they lack in development specifically for English questions module and extensibility is very poor, lack of network support, media and data reusable low efficiency, low intensity, and development of subsequent version maintenance, upgrade is alse very adverse. Therefore, to realize the networking of English lesson plan needs, modular English lesson plan from common questions, improve the reusability and maintainability, achieve both has the function of single operation, and realize network English electronic teaching plan system becomes very urgent.In view of the existing problems in the current development of English electronic teaching plan, the author in the basis of investigating multimedia support better technologies, combining with some English teacher’s suggestions, and puts forward the Suggestions based on Flex and AIR technology platform English electronic teaching plan system development technology solutions. Through the analysis and research, combined with the detailed project requirement of software are analyzed, and some specific solution. On this basis, chose Flex framework itself very respected MVC pattern structure, the electronic teaching plan system is divided into function module, solve the teachers’ editorial difficult of the English electronic teaching plan, especially when the operation of font scaling operation, and after adjusting the font layout can according to actual condition of intelligent rearrangement, reasonable to wrap and paging processing, rationally adjust the picture position. Eventually,the author completed the design and development of English electronic teaching plan system.Based on the Flex and AIR, English electronic teaching plan system’s development achieved network support, complied with networked development trend. Improve the English electronic teaching plan’s multimedia support, system compatibility, and material contents of the reusability and function extensibility. Through the test and trial, discovered some of the system for improvement, also completed the first English electronic teaching plan’s requirements and design very well, overcome weakness of the traditional PPT in English electronic teaching plan development.
