Abstract


In this paper, through the description of the development status of China Minsheng Banking Corporation , and its analysis of the three major financial statements and financial rates , summed up the strengths and weaknesses of Minsheng Bank in previous years the development process , followed by analysis of Minsheng Bank measures concluded Minsheng Bank to resolve the problems in the development process with a new financial strategy , and achieved good results .
