Abstract


Foreign Direct Investment plays an important role in China’s economic development process, and the study of structure changes of foreign direct investment is the key thing during the research, because it is a complicated systematic project, which involves the demand structure, consumption structure, productive structure and what is more important, the industrial structure. Particularly with China’s economic development strategy and development model for change, implement low-carbon economic growth pattern of green, it is extremely important to know how to make rational use of foreign investment to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure in China.This article begins with the analysis of mechanism that affects foreign direct investment, and then describes the realities of foreign direct investment structural changes in China. It further focus on the view of the foreign direct investment structural changes impact on China, and mainly from industrial structure point of view, to explore the influence to China of foreign direct investment changes. And through fact analysis to verify the influence to three industries in China due to the changes of foreign direct investment in them, and thus hold the development thread of foreign direct investment in China economy, grasp the evolution direction of foreign direct investment during China’s industrial structure adjustment, and finally advice on the optimization of foreign direct investment structure in foreign investment structure optimization, foreign investment usage improvement and international industry transfer etc.In this article,we could give a conclusion under a lot of investigation and analysis to how the structure of foreign investment influencing Chinese industry structure:foreign merchant have made the biggest contribution to the second industry,less for the first and third industry as well. Obviously,it shows that investment contribution pouring to the first and third industry is not large enough ,and in both investment scale and technology level the foreign investment still have a increasing marginal returns and potential.Foreign investment should walk along the orientation that our country vigorously develop morden industries especially the morden agriculture industry and morden service industry to get a new profit growth.At the same time,while foreign investment gives a larger contribution to the second industry ,the parts which have been benifited were gas-guzzling,heavy pollutated and containing good rescoures meanwhile they also are the industry department which are to be eliminated or needing a transform.So,foreign merchant should pay more attention to those morden manufacturing industry with high technology level and adjusting to the transformer of our country’s industry structure to adapt to those low-carbon industry for the sake of increase from scale economy.
