Abstract


With the constant rise and development of the global creative industry , creative industry talent needs and calls for increasing the creative industries competitive in real terms to become the creative industries in the talent competition . Hangzhou 's cultural and creative industries in recent years, has been developed by leaps and bounds , and has gradually developed into an important pillar industry in Hangzhou , the cultural and creative industry personnel training , however , is lagging behind , has become a bottleneck factors Hangzhou rapid development of cultural and creative industries . Therefore urgent study Hangzhou cultural and creative industries training model has important practical significance and far-reaching strategic significance . This study used a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research , based on the analysis of cultural and creative industries and its personnel the status quo in Hangzhou , combined with the industrial development policies and trends , to explore Hangzhou cultural and creative industries personnel training level positioning with specific objectives , Hangzhou cultural and creative industries talent training to adapt to the industrial development of ideas and reference .
