Abstract


With total quality management (TQM) system in Jiangsu Inspection and Quarantine depth practice , the establishment of service-oriented philosophy , Inspection and Quarantine has formed a broad consensus. Effective quality control mechanisms to ensure product quality and service quality of an important guarantee for enhancing the ability of law enforcement inspection and quarantine , to detect and correct quality problems and pitfalls , scientific analysis and risk-averse , playing an important role in controlling . This paper uses the relevant quality control theory , IS09000 quality management system in the \. This chapter details the process of inspection and quarantine of the core concepts , analyzing the composition of the core processes , process design and critical success factors . The fourth chapter discusses the core processes of quality control mechanisms , to develop the core process of quality control standards , and to study the critical success factors of quality control quality control requirements and monitoring methodologies . Chapter V presents the core process of quality control inspection and quarantine effectiveness evaluation , and the use of TOPSIS method principle , to realize the core process of quality control inspection and quarantine multi- index comprehensive evaluation . In the first quarter of 2009 sample data Lianyungang Quarantine six core process quality control evaluation of the effect of the sort carried out an empirical study of the quality control measures put forward suggestions . In this paper, the concept of core processes of inspection and quarantine , process identification, business processes , critical success factors analysis , quality control, monitoring and quality control of multi-index comprehensive evaluation of the effect of other aspects of the study and elaboration of a set of core processes and effective inspection and quarantine quality control and evaluation mechanisms. In this paper, the quality control mechanisms and evaluation methods for the implementation of the core process of inspection and quarantine system to provide an effective means of quality control , inspection and quarantine core processes to promote quality control mechanism for continuous improvement.
