Abstract


In the 30 years of reform and opening up , China's foreign trade development of the deepening of the economy has achieved significant growth , but the ecological environment has been seriously damaged , part of the region is facing serious waste pollution . Ningbo as an eco-city in the forefront of reform and opening up , foreign trade has developed rapidly , and has a pivotal role in the international trade , at the same time , the environmental pollution problems have become increasingly prominent . In this paper, Ningbo , for example, from two angles of theoretical and empirical analysis of the relationship between foreign trade and ecological environment , and draw how to coordinate the relationship between the policy recommendations . As follows : theoretically sort out the relationship between international trade and ecological environment , free trade and trade policy on the ecological environment has a positive impact also has a negative impact ; ecological environment as well as the environmental policy of free trade , there are positive and negative impacts . Second, the combination of the actual situation in Ningbo , icons analysis , data comparison method descriptive analysis of foreign trade development status and ecological environment status quo . Once again, the empirical model for the establishment of foreign trade and the ecological environment . This article is based in Ningbo City from 1986 to 2009 , the environmental pollution indicators , import and export trade , the capital-labor ratio and other data , the establishment of a comprehensive environmental index and imports , exports , capital -labor ratio between cointegration model and the impulse response forecast variance decomposition and Granger causality test analysis . Cointegration model analysis EX every 1% increase in 0.05% of the deterioration of ecological environment index will be able to bring ; IM inflows each additional 1% will be able to bring about the improvement of the ecological environment index of 0.25% ; K for each additional 1% on able to bring the deterioration of the ecological environment index of 0.35% . The increase in imports to a certain extent, alleviate the pressure of the ecological environment in Ningbo , exports and capital-labor ratio deterioration of the ecological and environmental conditions in the city of Ningbo . Granger causality test to come to the mutual influence between foreign trade and ecological environment . Finally, the analysis of the deeper reason for the empirical results . Raised the Government To use trade policy and environmental policy , give full play to the positive effect between trade and the environment , promote the coordinated development of foreign trade and ecological environment .
