Abstract


In the post-crisis era, the narrow sense of the financial crisis has ended, and the economic cycle through the lowest valley began to rise slowly. From a historical perspective, this is a critical period in the economic cycle, facing break the old way of development, new economic pattern needs to be established. In this time window, we must carefully plan the path of economic development in the post-crisis era, to overcome the adverse impact of the international financial crisis, and actively seize the opportunities hidden in the post-crisis era, the primary goal of a full recovery of the economy, adjusting the unreasonable economic structure, transform the mode of economic development unscientific, the post-crisis era economy to take off again. Hunan Province as six provinces in central China one, its economy is also strongly affected by the financial crisis, especially in Hunan Province services sector, significantly affected by the financial crisis, the concrete manifestation sharp contraction in demand in the service sector, the service industry becomes increasingly obvious structural defects, services advantage of industry to undertake domestic and international transfer highlights service competition between provinces points become more intense, and many other aspects, at the same time, in the post-crisis era, the services within different industries, but also showing the same development situation. How to properly determine the financial crisis of the scientific impact of Hunan Province, various sectors of the service industry and its internal scientific way and put forward to the post-crisis era should be followed by the development of service industries in Hunan Province, has become a post-crisis era Hunan Economic recovery should be considered a major issue. Its meaning is quite extensive as the service sector of the national economy, in addition to agriculture and industrial classification of the service industry, according to different criteria, are also different, the author in the article, in order to study the convenience of the service industry divided into two broad categories of traditional service industries and modern services, through methods such as cluster analysis, select wholesale and retail as traditional service representatives industry, selected cultural industries at the same time as the modern service industry on behalf of the industry, in-depth analysis of this two industries affected by the extent of the impact of the financial crisis, and on the basis of the development of the post-crisis era, draw relevant conclusions, and the conclusions of this series of reasonable interpretation to the whole service industry in Hunan Province in the development of the post-crisis era , in order to determine the degree of Hunan Province, the service industry and the impact of the financial crisis and post-crisis era of this particular period of history.
