At present , tourism has become the industry occupies an important position in the national economy . Construction after years of training , rural eco-tourism has entered a new stage of development , and to maintain the rapid pace of development , especially in the promotion of \However, the current rural eco-tourism is constrained by many bottlenecks , rural eco-tourism is still in its infancy . Therefore, this study aimed at rural tourism , especially coastal economically developed areas of rural tourism existence of deficiencies and problems in Tongan District , Xiamen City as a case study , and actively explore the rural eco-tourism development strategy , clear on Rural Tourism Development the appropriate type of rural eco-tourism and rural sustainable and coordinated development . Through field survey of the study , discussion visit data collection method to take the comparison method , the table method comparison and analysis , while making reference to the findings of the rural tourism at home and abroad , from regional conditions, natural conditions , history, culture and socio-economic and other conditions of four summed up in Tongan District , Xiamen City , rural tourism development , focusing on analysis of strengths and weaknesses , and pointed out the opportunities and challenges facing rural tourism . The study found that : Tongan District Rural Tourism overall development framework , mainly from the development of the principles of the market analysis, the seven area layout , focusing on the development of type , project ideas , special design and marketing elaborate . And put forward countermeasures and suggestions of the Tongan village tourism development , mainly to do : First , macroeconomic co-ordination , rational planning ; product design update connotation ; safe reception , attention to health ; brand promotion , internet marketing ; Fifth, pay attention to environmental protection , to maintain ecological ; Sixth, increase investment , expand the scale .
