Abstract


The college soldiers is an important part of the team of army soldiers , play an increasingly important role in the construction of military information . In this thesis, using questionnaires , individual interviews and comparative analysis of the many factors that influence the growth and success of the university student soldiers . Focuses on the relationship between the growth and success of the university student soldiers with individual quality , troop training , social and family policies and systems factors , in order to achieve the purpose of the theory and practice of reference for the army to train college students soldiers . Through the analysis , I believe that the various factors affecting the growth and success of the university student soldiers , the individual quality is the basis of factors that affect the growth and success of college students soldiers , troops training is the growth and success of the fundamental factors affecting college students soldiers , social and family influence college students soldiers grow up and become an important factor in the policy regime is the basic guarantee for the growth and success of the university student soldiers . Therefore , to promote the university student soldiers in the barracks growth -taught , must take effective measures to provide strong support for college students to enhance the quality of individual soldiers , to reinforce the fundamentals of their own growth and success ; optimize the environment of the barracks , and actively grow up and become soldiers for college students ; role of society and the family , in order to the growth and success of the university student soldiers enhanced external power ; perfect policy system , measures to stimulate college students soldiers grow up and become the internal driving force , Duocuobingju to promote the university student soldiers in the barracks smooth growth and success .
