Abstract

In today 's information explosion , the mode of operation of the enterprise gradually the direction of information technology, network development , efficiency has become a magic weapon for winning business . With the widespread use of information systems , through the use of information systems to enhance the operational efficiency of enterprises . However , in the existing conditions for the development of a lot of powerful information system did not allow to rapidly improve the efficiency of enterprises , mainly in people - information system ( H - IS ) interaction efficiency is not high , resulting in the overall efficiency of the enterprise be greatly affected , in order to be able to in-depth study in the enterprise information environment , improve people - information system interaction efficiency of the method , we first use of literature and theoretical analysis method to study the servant of the enterprise information environment - information system interaction efficiency including people, tasks , system , management, environment five factors , sorting out the deep meaning . Second , the method of combining theoretical research and user interviews focuses on a variety of factors that affect the efficiency of interaction in information systems , and from which screened out the two most important influencing factors : information architecture and interface layout . A third step, according to two main factors to filter out , respectively, the experimental design . Using the eye tracker user interface layout for measurement , and then with eye movement the analysis software Begaze analysis . Use the analysis software SPSS13 statistics and analysis on these two factors , and that these two factors can affect the information for reasons of efficiency and impact mechanism . Finally , by combining the research and experimental methods of the status quo at home and abroad , - interactive information system according to the principles given in several ways to improve the efficiency of interaction of the enterprise information system , and combined with the actual project will be described . Through this study , given a set of evaluation of the enterprise information environment servant - information system interaction efficiency of research methods , according to the conclusions of the study focused in-depth exploration , found to improve the efficiency of interaction theoretical basis for enterprise-class human-computer interaction design of information systems feasible improvement program .
