Abstract


As the world into the information technology era , knowledge has become an increasingly important resource , new knowledge has not only become the commanding heights of the companies vying for market share , but also to become the representative of the national innovation capacity . Of higher education as an important force to promote knowledge innovation , the main source of new knowledge , business innovation partner in the development of the national economy occupies an increasingly important position . Scientific research often requires researchers with different disciplinary backgrounds work together to collaborative innovation can be achieved , and the R \u0026 D team has become the main form of organization of university research activities . Promote knowledge creation and technological innovation , to a large extent, is to raise the performance of university R \u0026 D teams , innovation and performance improvement in real terms is to promote university research and development team within the knowledge transfer , to solve this problem , it is necessary to clarify the impact of the colleges and universities within the R \u0026 D team What are the factors of knowledge transfer ? What factors are the core influencing factors ? role in how these core impact factors to enhance internal knowledge transfer of university research and development team ? purpose of this research is to answer these questions , the paper first review of the literature summarized summed up the impact factors of knowledge transfer within the R \u0026 D team , then the selection of colleges and universities in four different disciplines team as a research object , extract 12 representative views for data analysis , the results of the interviews by explaining the structural model (ISM) , draw : Knowledge transfer degree , member communication skills , psychological distance , the building of the knowledge network communication platform is the R \u0026 D team knowledge transfer within the core influencing factors , followed by theoretical hypotheses based on the model of the core factors act on the part of the other factors of the previously selected four different disciplines , using a questionnaire form to expand the sample to conduct research using structural equation model analysis of the data obtained , the measures last validate previous assumptions , based on the conclusions of internal knowledge transfer should be taken to promote the research and development team of Chinese Universities made a number of recommendations , which the efficient flow of knowledge decision to provide a scientific basis for university research and development team .
