With the globalization of economic and social activities of large-scale , world market trends integration of all walks of life are faced with the environmental conditions of high uncertainty , facing different levels of risk , risk management has become a hot topic in today 's society , risk management from a supporting role gradually evolved into a relatively independent and specialized industries . With the growing popularity of the risk management and project management , there is an urgent need for more standardized project management discipline system as a theoretical basis . In 1969 , the Project Management Institute (PMI) was established after the project and several exposure draft , published in 1996, the first edition of Project Management Knowledge System Guide \the formal establishment . In this paper, Flextronics (China) Electronics Co., Ltd. Presenter project as a case study , a method of combining theory and practice , in accordance with the six major process groups of the project risk management : risk management planning , risk identification , qualitative risk analysis , quantitative risk analysis , risk response and risk monitoring , analysis of the methods used in the project risk management , to identify the problems in project risk management , and make recommendations for improvement . By Flextronics Presenter project risk management research , analyze and summarize the risk management of R \u0026 D projects , and has positive significance for my future work .
