Abstract


Quality management is an important part of business management. Quality managementlevel is helpful to improve the level of business management and increase enterprise marketcompetitiveness. The author analyses quality workflow, constructs the relationship betweencustomer demand and quality characteristics, and designs a quality management system in CHCompany.Firstly, research condition of quality control and quality management system at home andabroad is made. Quality system of CH Company is simply introduced. The factors affectingproduct quality are analyzed on all sides, and the corresponding flow charts of qualitymanagement are also analyzed and mapped out.Secondly, house of quality is used to establish the connection between the customer demandand quality characteristics. Voice of the customer is implanted into the product, and the qualitycharacteristics which need to be emphatically improved are analyzed. It provides a tool forquality improvement.Finally, in order to guarantee the orderly and real-time control in the quality management,the author designs a quality management system based on the ERP System developed by ERPteam including the author. The system is for the real-time control of product quality, and canintelligently output the quality reports in each quality management stage, and get a good effect insupporting business decision.
