Abstract


Innovation is the inexhaustible power in the development and progress of human society, and with the development of knowledge economy and the deepening globalization, the world economy has gradually appeared the feature of regional, innovation is increasingly becoming the measure of a regional economic development and competitive. Enterprise is one of the most important innovation objects.Enterprises continue to innovate is not only improve self competition,but also precondition for Economy sustainable development.In the long run ,regional economic development ultimately depends on the efficiency of regional innovation. Regional innovation environment directly affects the diffuse active and efficiency of regional technological innovation.This paper is aimed at utilizing both DEA method and factor analysis to study the relationship between regional innovation environment and innovation performance of China.DEA is taken as a central model and factor analysis is taken as a auxiliary model.The result shows:the efficiency of regional innovation and innovation performance exists obvious regional disparity;the efficiency of regional innovation might not present the positive correlation relation to its innovation performance.Finally,the paper proposes related suggestions for policy regulation to improve regional innovation milieus and innovation performance in China.
