Abstract


Developing Reasonable method of project management is so important in the process of the Urban demolition project, the project should be start with the defining of project background、project objectives project scope、the organizational structure of the project, The formation of the project leading group、division of labor by the project、Determine the important parameters of the project, and then establish project plan according to the project management. Optimize the project plan in the meetting of the project time, cost and quality requirements of multi-factor optimization.In the analysis of Urban demolition project of the Dachong village in Shenzhen, which began with general analysis of urban demolition and the Learning of the details of the project, the writer laid the foundation for the development of project plan after Grasping the actual background of the project and clearing this type of project for project management.Project plan was drawn up according to the usual method of project management、Project elements and the important parameters of the project. The writer developed a series of programs in accordance with the requirements of time, cost and quality.Comparison of the multiple programs was made by the analytic hierarchy process. The best solution which meet the low cost, short construction period, higher quality would be selected out.At last, a good advice was proposed for similar project about Urban demolition, and a prospect about the expansion of the article was conceived.
