Abstract


Today , the national competition is essentially a knowledge competition , talent competition . And the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in agriculture will greatly promote the development of agricultural science and technology , the solution to the problem of the \Agricultural colleges and universities is a major commitment to research and development and promotion of agricultural science and technology achievements . In this study, Jiangxi Agricultural University as the research object , through the analysis of Jiangxi Agricultural University, agricultural scientific and technological achievements into the achievements and problems of proposed countermeasures to promote our local agricultural college of agricultural science and technology achievements into . On the basis of a brief overview and rational understanding of the status of agricultural scientific and technological achievements into Jiangxi Agricultural University , through questionnaires , seminars access , comprehensive literature law , statistical analysis and interviews , analysis of agricultural science and technology of the past five years, Jiangxi Agricultural University results of transformation of the status quo . Status: Jiangxi Agricultural University of Agriculture Science and Technology ( 1) agricultural scientific and technological achievements into cycle length, the conversion rate is low ; (2) college paid insufficient attention to results of transformation of agricultural Branch ; (3 ) of agricultural scientific and technological achievements into running mechanism is not reasonable ; (4) inadequate investment in agricultural science and technology achievements into the RD . I invested from the transformation of the main body , transforming the object , the conversion mechanism , transforming the RD constraints of four aspects of the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements of our local agricultural college , and on the basis of previous studies , from the four appropriate measures : (1) conversion of the main aspects : the government should increase its efforts to support the promotion of agricultural science and technology ; local Agricultural Colleges should establish supporting policies and systems ; agriculture-related enterprises should increase with the joint efforts of the agricultural Universities ; farmers should continue to improve science and technology and cultural qualities . ( 2) The object of agricultural scientific and technological achievements into : research topics combined with market demand , according to the characteristics of the agricultural scientific and technological achievements to promote . (3) conversion mechanism : the reform school research evaluation systems and incentives ; improve market mechanisms . ( 4 ) into RD: increase R \u0026 D investment of agricultural scientific and technological achievements .
