Abstract


BL1172 series is a group of positive voltage output, low noise low power consumption, low dropout voltage regulator.BL1172 can provide output value in the range of 1. 5V～4. 5V every 0. 1 step.It also can be customized on command.BL1172 has excellent load and line transient response and good temperature characteristics, which can assure the stability of chip and power system. Trimming technique enable output voltage accuracy within 2%.BL1172 is available in SOT-23-5 ,SC-70-5 packages.BL1172 use Belling 0. 5u CMOS process.BL1172 contains current limit, thermal protect, error amplifier.When the chip working temperature reaches 150 C or the current is over loaded , the circuit is design to close the output PMOS.The application of BL1172 is power sources for cellular phones and various kind of PCSs, battery powered equipment. It is also power management of MP3, PDA, DSC.
