Steel concrete structure in high-rise buildings in a wide range of applications . In the design of concrete filled steel tubular structure , the column foot node is an important part of the design . However, the existing nodes in the form of column foot high steel still can not meet the needs of concrete structures , but also in the practical application of the column foot are still many problems to be resolved, especially in embedded node CFST column foot punching failure mechanism , failure modes and the capacity of influencing factors . Therefore, the paper selects a new foundation with shear ring buried CFST column foot beam punching failure node performance tests to study the failure mode , failure mechanism , as well as anti- punching performance factors. This paper presents two rings embedded foundation with shear beam CFST column foot specimen node model , where the first model specimen ( No. ZJ/J-5) Set 3 ? 8 steel shear ring , take away the adjacent ring 65mm, the second model specimen ( No. ZJ/J-6) set 2 ? 6 reinforced shear ring , taken from the adjacent ring 60mm. Through the model specimen ZJ/J-5 and ZJ/J-6 vertical axial compression , respectively , to study the failure mode , failure mechanism , as well as the number and shear ring setting position on the pedestal punching performance. Experimental studies have shown : Column foot node punching failure occurred steel columns from the top edge of the ring at the beginning of the shear , the failure characteristics and ordinary concrete independent foundation punching similar ; shear ring which set the location and the higher the larger the size , column foot specimen by cutting perimeter and area increased , the greater the punching capacity greater ; Furthermore , punching area stirrups right column foot node punching capacity is also a great contribution . This paper also column foot node specimens were nonlinear finite element analysis using ANSYS software, according to the column foot specimen ZJ/J-6 modeling calculations and compared with experimental results prove that the model and numerical analysis of the selected parameters are correct. On this basis , further analysis of the node column foot force punching mechanism and failure modes . Obtained by finite element analysis model of the specimen failure modes and failure mode is basically the same test .
