Abstract


With the development of logistics in social and economic status and accelerate our city development, at present a lot of domestic city has realized that the development of city logistics to promote the city economy development the important role.There fore, establish and perfect the logistics planning of urban development theory, resolve and deal with the current practice of building in many cities in the logistics system has specific issues is an urgent task.In concluding this paper on regional economy development and the theory of urban logistics planning at home and abroad, based on research from the perspective of regional economics, analysis the relationship between regional economy development and the urban logistics: regional economic development decide the development of urban logistics, urban logistics to promote regional economic development, both interaction and mutual development; Second, presents a theory based on regional economic development strategic planning of urban logistics definition, principles and the specific implementation process, that planning should not only based on current conditions and factors of regional economic development, but also to promote regional economic development ; Finally, take the ZhenHai for example , based on field research and questionnaires, and in accordance with the urban logistics strategic planning process based on the economy development theories. Has made a scientific, innovation and operational planning results in development, function, layout planning, action plan.
