Abstract


With the development of society, the customers demanding for drugs pay more and more attention to the quality, safety and effectiveness of drugs, the market also has increasing demands for the timeliness and prices of the supply of drugs, and pharmaceutical enterprises are attaching increasing importance to the quality, costs, timeliness of supply, and safety of products. As there are more pharmaceutical enterprises and more standards of medical policies and regulations in China, the competitions among pharmaceutical enterprises are very brutal and the pharmaceutical enterprises pay more attention to enhance the operation management of enterprises.By analyzing cases and precedents, the thesis focuses on the research of WD Pharmaceutical Group to analyze the current operation management of group, find out the causes of problems and puts forward a corresponding adjusting scheme.The section of cases gives introduction of the information of WD Pharmaceutical Group, the external environment of operation, operations management and the problems exist in it. The introduction of WD Pharmaceutical Group includes the organizational structure of operation, the production and marketing status of drugs. The external environment of operation describes the customers in need, the competitors and the policies and regulations. The process of operations management describes the operational strategic planning, operational plans system, operational control system and operation performance.The section of case analysis studies the external environment of WD Pharmaceutical Group and the operations management situation. The external environment of operation describes the customers in need, the operation standard of competitors, and the policies and regulations. Focusing on operations management, it analyses new requirement of operational strategies, the minor operational strategy, operational plans system, and operational control system to find out the problems existing in the process of operations management. After analyzing the causes of the problems, we come up with the overall opinion and measures for adjusting the operational management of WD Pharmaceutical Group, and making the adjustment program for the plans and the control system during the operational management, and put forward the supporting measures for the adjustment of operational management.
