Abstract

The two gonadotropins FSH and LH vertebrate, has an important role in the regulation of animal gonadal development and sperm-egg occurs. Reproductive mechanism of action of these two hormones in crustaceans are poorly understood. In this study, the intended hole Scylla study, using immunocytochemical methods and enzyme-linked immunoassay technology to study the estrogen / androgen receptor, FSH and LH the nervous system positioning and FSH, LH and three sex steroid hormones in the concentration changes of the reproductive cycle. Integrated all aspects of research results, and to explore the role of the neuroendocrine regulation of gonadal development. Sex steroid hormone receptors in the the intended hole Scylla nervous system immune cells Chemical Research ER, AR immunoreactive cells distributed position is substantially the same in the optic ganglia, brain and thoracic nerve group have different levels of expression, the male and female hormone receptors are widely present in the the intended hole Scylla nerve, strong evidence of the sex steroid hormones may be combined with the corresponding receptor feedback regulation of the nervous system to affect other hormone activities the indirect regulation intends hole Scylla growth and mature, reveal the specific role of hormonal regulation. 2.FSH and LH intended hole the Scylla thoracic nerve group immunocytochemistry FSH and LH intended hole Scylla thoracic nerve distribution of group differences larger alloantibody immunoreactive cells in female crabs and crab distribution than big difference. FSH in mature female / male crab and immature female / male crab thoracic nerve groups have significant positive reaction, LH weak positive in the group of mature female crabs thoracic nerve thoracic nerve in immature female crab group performed negative reaction; LH the thoracic nerve group of mature male crabs positive expression strong positive cell types similar to FSH, and LH-positive cells of immature crab fewer and weaker positive. FSH and LH in the intended hole scyllo thoracic nerve Group Distribution of certain degree of correlation with the specificity of the developmental stages of, the activity variation of the difference with GSH. Combination of FSH and LH in the the proposed hole Scylla brain expression situation more fully proved FSH and LH GSH component, FSH and LH may be involved in regulating gonadal development and maturation. 3 female crab hemolymph hormone content changes E 2 content in the early developmental stage (II phase), the lowest in the mature stage (Ⅳ) reached a peak, and then gradually decreased. Immature (Ⅰ) the lowest content of the female crabs serum 17α-OHP, Phase Ⅱ slight increase in the vitellogenesis early (Ⅲ) reached the first peak, the highest value in late ovulation. The female crabs FSH levels peak in Phase Ⅱ Ⅲ of a slight decrease, followed by a rapid decrease in stage Ⅳ decreased to 0.105 ± 0.031mIU/mL, undetectable FSH content to maturity. Lower overall level of LH content before Ⅳ stage was a growing trend, Ⅳ stage reached a peak, then decreased, and no positive ovulation late. E 2 the proposed hole Scylla may promote vitellogenesis and ovarian development. E 2 and 17α-OHP content and ovarian development has some relevance, it is necessary in certain stages of ovarian development. The intended hole Scylla FSH and LH may stimulate estrogen production, thereby contributing to the yolk protein and ovarian development, function and invertebrates are similar; E 2 and 17α-OHP with brain and thoracic nerve Mission estrogen receptor feedback regulation of FSH and LH secretion. In the intended hole Scylla early developmental stages, this feedback regulation of the positive feedback effect, stimulate the brain and thoracic ganglion FSH and LH secretion. FSH and LH content trends and sex steroid content in mature gonads showed a negative correlation. Male crab hemolymph hormone content in E 2 content peak in sperm cells, dropped to the lowest value in the development to sperm lives, in the telogen, he rebounded. Male crab spermatogonial cells in serum T content is greater than the the spermatocytes period, the highest values ??found in sperm cells, a slight decrease of sperm. Peak in sperm cells, the male crab FSH content the sperm of FSH negative reaction. LH content of a lower overall level of content in the sperm of the highest. Contemplated points The Scylla hemolymph of E 2 and T content changes in the trend with the development trend of the testis similar E 2 promote the development of the testes and T. The proposed hole Scylla FSH and LH common regulation of androgenic gland function, sperm prior regulatory role to FSH sperm after the regulatory role of LH. Testicular development process of the male blue crab by the influence of FSH and LH, FSH and LH role of androgenic gland to promote androgenic gland of hormone synthesis and secretion, and thus control the process of growth and development of the testes. We also found estrogen and androgen receptor-positive cells can be inferred that the sex steroid hormones in combination with estrogen / androgen receptors in the brain and thoracic nerve group feedback regulation of gonadotropin secretion in the brain and thoracic nerve group.
