Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology and the new electronic communications technology is widely used, mineral processing technology of new technology, new technology, new equipment, new method emerge. Ore pieces, and grinding, classification, separation, filtering, enrichment and tailings process. Automatic control can realize part of the production process automation, labor productivity have greatly improved, increase concentrate grade and recovery, the working conditions also improved, electrical energy and reducing consumption reduce, make the process more economic and reasonable. This essay, taking dressing grinding as a research on the basis of the background of based on the existing SCADA systems, combined with cable communication and VB serial communication, configuration software control technology of integration, to realize the grinding the grading of the automatic control system. This paper classification of measurement and control system mainly by the programmable controller (PLC), RS485 bus and industrial control machine of three parts. In the industrial parts, the system through the VisualBasic serial communication software and to realize control under a machine of data exchange, and control software is through the "kingview" to the whole system remote monitoring, and the historical and real-time data shows, such as the emergency case, will carry on the alarm display and on configuration statements printing, so as to realize the mill plant grinding classification system of automatic control and monitoring.
