Abstract

For the study of probiotics on production performance of weaned piglets, this experiment used 25 ± 2 days old healthy and lively Duroc × Landrace × 90 piglets were randomly divided into five each treatment three replicates of six piglets ( male and female half). 5 treatment are: test Ⅰ (Bacillus), test Ⅱ (lactobacilli), test Ⅲ (composite probiotics), test Ⅳ (blank), the test Ⅴ (CTC). Pre-test period of 3 days trial, trial period is 28 days. The results showed that: Compared with the control group, and composite probiotic lactobacilli can improve weaning piglet (respectively 6.0%, 8.8%), Bacillus improve piglet weaning obvious; Bacillus, Lactobacillus , composite probiotics and chlortetracycline can improve feed conversion ratio weaned piglets (respectively Improved: 1.87%, 4.35%, 6.84%, 5.59%), can significantly reduce diarrhea rates (decreased: 57.0%, 54.9%, 58.5 %, 60.4%), feed intake and mortality was not obvious. Two kinds of probiotics combined with better results, there is some interaction effects. Trials to 48 days of age, each repetition select health, weight piglets two quite digested trial period of four days pre-trial, trial period of four days being studied probiotics on weaning piglets apparent digestibility of nutrients . The results showed that: Bacillus, Lactobacillus, and chlortetracycline composite probiotics can significantly improve weaning dry matter digestibility (compared with the control group, respectively: 1.99%, 2.58%, 5.33%, 3.58%). Lactobacillus, composite probiotics, chlortetracycline compared with the control group can effectively improve the energy and protein weaning apparent digestibility (respectively 2.61%, 3.59%, 2.99% and 3.43%, 5.57%, 4.76%), to improve the weaning piglets energy and protein digestibility obvious. End of the test day, each treatment group selected from the physical health of piglets 2 moderate intravenous blood samples were collected after slaughter, studies of probiotics on intestinal contents weaned pH, enzyme development, blood biochemical parameters, immunity, micro- ecological, morphological effects. The results showed that: Compared with the control group, the different types of probiotics can reduce weaning stomach, duodenal contents pH, right posterior segment jejunum, ileum and cecal contents pH value is not obvious; improves pancreatic piglets dirty, duodenum, jejunum amylase, protease and lipase activity; piglets can improve blood sugar, serum urea nitrogen, serum total protein content was not obvious; piglets IgG levels can be improved, and IgM levels, However, no significant effect on the content of IgA; reduce weaned jejunum, ileum contents of E. coli, Salmonella quantity, but the cecal contents of E. coli, salmonella quantitative impact is not obvious; lactic acid bacteria, probiotics can improve weaning composite jejunal contents Lactobacillus, but ileum, cecal contents Lactobacillus little effect; can improve weaning jejunum contents bifidobacteria, but ileum, cecal contents bifidobacteria not obvious. Lactic acid bacteria, probiotics can improve weaning composite jejunum, ileum, cecum villus height, while Bacillus weaned jejunum, ileum, cecum villus height was not obvious. Probiotics can reduce weaned jejunum, ileum crypt depth, no significant effect on the cecal crypt depth. Probiotics can reduce weaned jejunum, ileum goblet cell ratio; lactic acid bacteria, probiotics can reduce the composite ratio of goblet cells in the cecum.
