Abstract


Sealing property is a key indicator of airtight cubage products in industry, and leak detection is one of the most critical means to ensure the sealing performance. Different pressure leak detection method is a new method which has high precision and quantitative detection. With the development of science and technology, the traditional water detection which relies on workers’subjective judgments mainly is being replaced gradually by the new method. With in-depth theoretical study of the inflatable and detected stage of different pressure leak detection, the article aims to solve a range of issues existed in process of different pressure leak detection, including different pressure leak detection’s testing standards, different pressure and leak rate’s conversion and detected parameters’identification. On this basis, according to meet applicated requirements of Ningbo Zhiqing Valve Co., Ltd, the subject aims to design and develop a set of high-precision, high stability of different pressure leak detection system.Chapter one introduced the background of raising this research and its significance, followed by expounding the development and research trends of relevant fields, and then put forward some promising methods for this research.Chapter two discussed principle of different pressure leak detection and derived the formula for calculating pressure leakge rate. On the basis, explored the different pressure testing standards and comparatively analyzed the theoretical accuracy of different pressure leak detection method and water detection method.Chapter three established theoretical medel of pressure leak detection.Through simulink simulation, it clearly shows that the chages of pressure and temperature of the inner airtight containers.Chapter four described different pressure leak detection system hardware design process, specifically including a pneumatic circuit design, pneumatic valve mechanical design and PLC control system hardware design process.Chapter five introduced program design process of PLC control system and Delta touch screen, described the implementation of communication theory.Chapter six studied on inflation recovery time, different pressure trend in detection process and the leakage rate variation under different pressure conditions. Chapter seven presented the summary of the whole paper and put forward relevant research prospect.
