Abstract


It is very severe that the infrastructure was dilapidated naturally, because there is no a long time maintenance, renovation and extension on a large scale. Most of the dormitory roof leaks, the wall sheds and cracks, it is not worth to repair. It is very serious for security risk to monitor, for the bad regulatory conditions and the scattered prison points. In this paper, we analysis and discuss the prison expansion project’s environmental impact and social benefits by studying the project’s feasibility, and think the implementation of the project is necessary and feasible. The conclusions follow:The construction of Z jail renovation and expansion project is service for curbing the social crime, stabilizing the social public order situation, providing a good economic environment and constructing a harmonious social. The construction of the project can effectively combat crimes, deter criminals, protect the people and safeguard social stability, so that people can live and work. It is very obvious for social benefits.According to china’s construction requirements and the status quo of Z jail prison facilities, it is very necessary to suggest constructing the project, on the context of a growing number of prisoners. The project’s expansion, renovation and expansion is based on the original scale. The Z after rebuild, effectively easing the intense demand of the prison facilities in the region. The role of the construction of the project is very large, for both the national stability order, deter crime or adapt the characteristics required. The social benefits is significant for building harmonious society and realizing sustainable development.
