Abstract


With the rapid expansion of the internet and the rise of people’s public opinion, the network supervision of public opinion is becoming an important way of supervising the government. The popularity, rapidity and equality of network promote the exposure and spread of the crisis. It is an improvement of people taking part in the democratic politics which can improve the governance capability of government. While at the same time, the network supervision of public opinion brings huge challenges to daily public management and the decision-making of government.These years, the network is playing a more and more important role in the process of crisis. Therefore, the thesis selects 50 important cases exposed or promoted by network, finding the types of cases and the ways, process and characters of spreading, in order to conclude the problems existing in the process of dealing with. At last, the thesis is expected to provide some suggestions for the government, hoping to help government to deal with the network supervision of public opinion, and improve the governance capability of government.
