Abstract


Of criminal proceedings , bail is one of the five statutory compulsory measures , to play to ensure the suspect , the defendant does not escape or impede the investigation , prosecution and trial and goes to the legal function with . However, because many of the aspects of the legislative and judicial practice , the application of the country recognizes the situation is not ideal , and the bail feature is not fully able to play .
