Abstract


Medical dispute causes significant influences on patient’s health care and society stability and unity. The dispute ruins compatible relationship between physician and patient, also it affects health care quality improvement. That, how to apply reliable legal management on medical dispute and construct harmonious physician-patient relations has become a very urgent task. This article researches on observation and analysis of current medical dispute issues, discovers legal management insufficiency, proposes varieties of policy model to resolve medical dispute, and provide my own viewpoints on methods of legal management and medical dispute resolution. There’re four chapters besides introduction and conclusion.The first chapter, Overview, mainly carries on the limits to the medical dispute concept, serves as simple foil for the later analysis, and clarifies the study objectifies.The second chapter, Current Issues, Reasons and Malignancies, produces profound analysis on medical dispute current issues, reasons and malignancies. This chapter takes initiative with current issues, analyzes diverse dispute causes, and then steps forward to elaborate malignancies on medical disputes.The third chapter, Appraisal Effects of Legal Management, evaluates efficiency of medical dispute legal management proposed in this article. It mainly states obstacles during medical dispute management and advantages, furthermore, discuses current legal management situation and insufficiency.The final chapter, Legal Management Development of Medical Dispute, consists of approach to development legal and prevent management on medical dispute.
