Abstract


Building a learning community , and promote the development of teacher groups , in recent years become the focus of attention of many researchers topic. In such a context, combining the current status of vocational education , we propose a learning -based vocational school teachers learning community model, and for the corresponding practical research . Achieve rapid and healthy development of secondary vocational education objectives, an urgent need to further strengthen the construction of teachers in secondary vocational schools .
