Abstract


It emphasized that higher universities must focus on the work of students’s social practice and strengthen the research into Implementation Mechanisms of Practice Teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in many files of State Council,Publicity Department, Ministry of Education and The Central Committee of the Communist Young League Concerning Further Strengthening Educationin Ideology and Politics.Strenthening practice teaching of ideological and political theory courses is beneficial to fostering in the morally sound values and outlook on the world and life of marxism, to enhancing the political caliber and ethusiasm, and to scientific understanding and grasping the building socialism with chinese characteristics for students; It is contribute to improving effectiveness, relevance and persuasiveness of the ideological and political theory teaching; It is contribute to strengthening the links with the community colleges and universities.In this paper, " Research into Implementation Mechanisms of Practice Teaching of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in the Institutions of Higher Learning" is in the title, and begin with the perspective of the implementation of mechanisms. First, by combing the theory basises of Marxist philosophy, education and psychology, it is to lay a theoretical foundation for practice teaching. Second, by definiting the meaning of the practice teaching of ideological and political theory courses, the meaning of its mechanisms and the building princinle, it clearly indicates the necessity of implementation mechanisms. Third, by discussing the achievements and existing problems, offer the corresponding leadership mechanism, organization and management mechanism, evaluation mechanism and safeguards mechanism, etc.; Finally, it expounds the operational mechanism and the operational form to implement orderly and effectively a variety of mechanisms.
