Abstract


The enrolment of postgraduate of vocational education developed rapidly in these years, that is based on the Premise of postgraduate expansion. the annual enrolment of vocational education increased from 2 in 1988 to 180 in recent years. However, with the enrolment gradual increase, the moral problem in vocational education graduates has been highlighted in front of us. It should be put on the agenda of postgraduate cultivation urgently. The primary of doing well on the Vocational Education Master’s moral education, is to understand the main problems in the aspect of ideological and moral.Firstly, the thesis finds the vocational education master’ s main ideological and moral issues are poor academic and professional identity loss by the questionnaire to the students, and interview with the lead instructor of vocational education master. These two problems are related with China’s rapid development of vocational education.On the basis of finding the main problems accurately, the thesis analyses there reasons that why the Vocational Education Master’ s professional identity is not strong. The reasons are as follows: the immature development of vocational education pedagogy, the defects of the vocational education unit’ s building, and the low social identification to the vocational education. While the academic loss in vocational education postgraduates are caused by various reasons, such as the adverse social academic atmosphere, the lack of restraint and punishment system to academic loss , the lax study, and the lack of basic academic norms education to the students.On the basis of analyzing the causes objectively, the thesis boldly poses a basic idea to solve the two main problems: strengthening the vocational education unit’ s building is the premise; playing the role of instructor’ s education is the key point; and irritating the students’ self-education is fundamental.
