Abstract


In recent years, the rapid development of network media in China , the rapid development of the network of media technology and a wide range of uses , and reduce the cost of public access to information , people enter the information society . Gradually rising enthusiasm of the people in the Internet age , demonstrated a strong desire to express the civic consciousness of the public is gradually awakening . The rapid development of the network provides the possibility of the awakening of the awareness of our citizens ; WEB2.0 its personalized , decentralized , and the characteristics of the information autonomy awakened civic role of our public awareness, so that more people aware of their citizens subject identity . Network development significance lies not only in that it is characterized as a new communication tool , but also because of the impact of the Internet on social production and lifestyle . Network of public opinion , the rise of the online political process to cultivate awareness of our citizens , the network for the public to provide the appropriate field - public space ; flourish is to promote the further development of democratic citizenship . But at the same time , in the process of promoting the awareness of our citizens the awakening and develop the network contact barriers and virtual sex also resulted in a lack of public rational spirit , weak awareness of the law and other issues . The immaturity of the civic culture of civic awareness is difficult to get rid of the network , into the reality of social life . This requires us to make good use of network tools to strengthen the network moral laws, and to improve the public 's media use , play to the advantages of the network to better promote the awareness of our citizens . Must also mobilize social good social , political and cultural environment for the development of the awareness of our citizens , our country's civic awareness in order to achieve better development .
