Abstract


The appearance and development of electronic commerce, electronic government and Office automation systems, give us new information exchange platform. With the transfer of information, electronic data is appeared. How to make these data more effectively for the demand of our lives? How to let the data that will to be archives file conveniently? In the new historical conditions, what we can do to improve the services and management of the archives. We face with more new thinking and exploration.This paper is a useful attempt to answer these questions with the electronic records processing center system. Based on the full analysis of the industrial status and actual work, we provided a requirement analysis; Considering security and stability, we chose IBM P series servers as our hardware ,AIX as OS, Oracle as database who has high-security and power; Overall framework based on a three-tier C/S model, cooperated with B/S model. It’s good for the load balancing and the security of the database connection; this system runs in the win32 system, tools selected Delphi as more flexibility; Because of its high scalability, flexibility and self-descriptive characteristics, we used XML format to complete the data transfer of the system, that’s the very demand.The system was running well as soon as it’s developed. System completed all functional requirements, at the end of the paper, there is an analysis of the systems’Operation and a work plan for the next step.
