Abstract


With development of new concepts and new technologies, the office automation system is attracting more and more attention. The fourth generation office automation system oriented by integration application and decision support has become a research focus. Meanwhile, workflow technology is a key technology which to optimize the business process and improve productivity efficiency. Workflow technology has become a research focus in the field of computer applications. This paper aims to use workflow technology to improve process management and meet the needs of the information integration application in the office automation system design and development.The main work of this paper:1. The characteristics of workflow referring to Workflow Reference Model Sum up. Workflow management system and its architecture are analyzed.2. The WWF workflow architecture of MOSS platform is researched, and its features are summarized. The advantages of MOSS as the use of enterprise information platform construction are showed.3. Problems of a company in the information process are analyzed. The design of office automation system and development program is proposed. Design and implement office automation system based on technology. Office automation system based on workflow is design and implement.4. The paper present key skills in MOSS development process, like Workflow design, e-forms design, delegate technology, anti-serialization technology.It shows that the research methods and technical route is feasible. Office automation system not only improves the efficiency of the enterprise, but also haves great significance in the application of enterprise integration.
