Abstract


Taxation is the main source of country’s financial revenue. It is the basis to ensure that the functions of country’s social management can be executed and the state apparatus work as normal. Chinese National Tax Revenue System continually develops in order to be adopted by the Socialistic Market, and it has caused a large number of relevant files which need to be managed. It is better to say the information management has become the crucial part of daily work. The question is how to effectively deal with and manage the data? For the reason, the initial idea is to design and build a modern, automated, networked file management system.First of all, the report will focus on the mainstream of web-based tax file management system through the research of Windows Operation System, J2EE platform and OCR recognition technology.In addition, it will introduce the principles of file management system, generally design file management system via the practical application, such as the organization system, functions, performance analysis, and security considerations.Finally, it will emphatically discuss the feasibility of file management system within actual applications, and explain how to use OCR recognition system and J2EE framework to manage those files. It will look into varied systems and sub-systems in details, and prove that it is able to make OCR recognition technology and the system work together.
