Abstract


Along with contraction of china software companies with global software market, above all things, the CMM authentication was lead in china, software companies inside training comes to a necessary condition. This project analyses the characteristics of software companies training management based on CMM 3 level and customizes a model of its business flow, since there is not flawless software of training management system at present. It establishes a series of models about analysis, design and deployment of training management system with UML, which can direct the development of domestic training management system.Firstly, this article introduces the general situations of training management and the status of this kind of system at current domestic and overseas, as well as comes up with the main work and goals of this project according to the current existing problems. Secondly, it analyses the characteristics of training management, generates its business flow chart and summarizes the problems and issues which need be solved in software systems. Thirdly, it gets the basic requirements and a requirement model based on analyzing the business flow chart. Fourthly, it generates the analytic class charts of the main models and describes the data types with UML based on the requirement analysis. Finally, it depicts the implementation subsystems and the deployment of the training management system.This project establishes a business flow for the training management system and sets up a series of models about analysis, design and deployment by studying the training management. It will direct the software development of domestic training management system, and then improve the status of domestic software companies training.
