Abstract


With the development of mobile technology and the widespread use of mobile communications, the relationship which between mobile value-added services and people’s lives become more and more closely. How to make the new mobile value-added services quickly come and adopted into the market, and telecom service providers can adapt the value-added mobile services market very well for satisfy the different needs the value-added services to meet, it is necessary to provide a value-added mobile services integrated management and support platform which can provide value-added business and the function of having common features, so that it can simplify mobile value-added services in the development, deployment and implementation.In this paper, integrated mobile value-added services management and support platform identify and analy the main functions, and has a clear division of what mobile value-added services for mobile value-added services platform to provide comprehensive management and support, an integrated platform discuss the different functions the main duties should be, as well as to the value-added services to provide specific services and goals, more complete and provides a platform for a comprehensive framework, and inside some of the issues discussed, has been able to meet an existing mobile Value-added data service platform framework; this article also discussed the deployment and implementation of its way to its specific requirements for further discussions on some issues that may arise to do the analysis and research. Use a typical example to describe the relationship between the value-added services management platform and services.
