With economic globalization and the development of social technologies, enterprises are facing increasing competitive pressures. People’s demands become more and more diversified. In this market environment, mass production can’t meet people’s demands. So, the production mode of multiple products with low volume is becoming the dominant of enterprises’production mode. Only by constantly improving productivity, reducing production costs and shortening the delivery time, enterprise can win in stimulating competition.Driven by the textile industry, Computer Embroidery Machine industry has developed rapidly in recent years. Shortening the delivery time and reducing costs are the main direction for business. So that enterprise can win in the competition. This paper is in the background of the mode of production organization of North Phenix computer embroidery machine. In this paper, theory and techniques are used to analyze and solve the problems what are encountered in the production of enterprises. The problem of production costs, production efficiency and product delivery time are included. The method of program analysis is used to reorder the production processes.5S site management is used to analyze the waste of production site. The method of work sampling is used to study the situation of utilization of working hours. And then the appropriate methods of IE are used to solve the problems which analyzed out before. In order to maintain the results of optimization activities, a continuous improvement team is formed according to the idea of IE. According to the experience of implementation of the program, some problems are listed which may be encountered when the enterprises to implement IE optimization program. Finally, by analyzing the results, the IE optimization program is proved effectiveness for production organization of North Phenix computer embroidery machine. Enterprises can obtain best value for money through implementing IE optimization program.
