Abstract


The 21st century is the information society , information literacy has become one of the essential capabilities of the people of the information age , students information literacy is becoming increasingly important in the overall quality of students . It can be said that the student information literacy training and upgrading to improve the largely teachers' own educational technology , or its information literacy has a great relationship . Information technology teachers , there is no education in information technology . However, the other hand, the information literacy of school teachers , with the current information society there are many gaps . Of the training of teacher education and technical training as a teacher training college , that the level of information literacy of teachers have a great relationship with our present teacher education and technical training inefficient . Of some teachers to participate in the education and technical training in 2008 for the survey , obtained through the investigation of these teachers use of educational technology in the day-to-day work as well as the views of teacher education and technical training , our teacher education technology training the Misunderstanding and why. The authors believe that the impact of teacher education and technical training performance for many reasons , the most important reason is the understanding of the value of training orientation . Therefore, the article from the perspective of the value of training orientation , the orientation by analyzing the value of training and the impact of the training value orientation reasons put forward in teacher education and technical training should be held value orientation attitude , and this value orientation to solve the problem the basis of the combination of training observation and reflection, learn from the two types of literature - China is now the educational technology training and domestic educational technology training methods , policy views and theories put forward in the region teacher education technology training as the goal, to fully develop and improve the information literacy of teachers from teacher education technology training policy guidance and implementation of educational technology training two key aspects to this region to improve teacher education and technical training inefficient , teacher education and technical training solutions strategy .
