Abstract


Orion is one important product running in freescale TJN factory. The customer order is very strong. And lots of test capacity is needed which caused high final test cost for it. It was running x4 parallel testing in final test production.During the Orion x8 parallel development project, we studied the test program and test hardware, initialized the project. TJN team finished its new test load board design by ourselves, test program debugging and the test result analysis by ourselves. Finished its final test production release successfully. Achieved the expected cost reduction goal. Also got the experience on the tester platform conversion project. During the x8 project implementing we changed the trimming method from serial to paralle. After the x8 production release, freescale can save 940k $ every year. The project achieved the high level in Freescale Tianjin factory.
