Abstract


By the end of 2006, financial industry of China will entirely compete with global opponents. At the same time of expelling the reform in financial structure due to the development of capital market, it also provide new business platform and profit field for the whole financial industry. Capital market, after experiencing the historic reform of divided sharing, is now in the era of post divided sharing. The developments of domestic capital market will inevitability promote the revolutionary reform in financial industry.Chinese commercial banks, have no development arena in traditional fields, the only way out for them is to realize the directly contact with capital market, and this is a promising way for commercial banks’ development. Facing the challenge of foreign financial group, the injustice in business scope will put our commercial banks in a backward position in competition. Our financial industry will directly be subjected of this condition. Therefore, commercial banks cannot persist traditional business and operational pattern. Cooperation between commercial banks and capital market is the only way out.Meanwhile, Chinese capital market experienced rapid development in the past few years and the reform of divided sharing, but the potential crisis is also serious because of systematical condition and operational pattern. Therefore, cooperating with commercial banks is the best way out for capital market.The reform cannot be deepened without business transformation and capital structure adjustment in banking system, persisted development cannot exist, either. The banking system will lose competition power day by day if tool designing and business innovation cannot contact with capital market. So, in China, cooperation between banks and capital market is both the inevitable choice for overcoming the development crisis in capital market and the internal demand for upgrading competition power of commercial banks.The viewpoint the research holds is the operation which can enjoy the resources and utilizing the functions, and the eternal purpose and outcome is upgrading the whole competition power of financial industry, expelling the process of financial market-oriented reform, and this is the point this research holds.
